BharatEvent is a marketplace connecting event planners with verified service providers in Pune. You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Posting a requirement and getting matched is free. We facilitate introductions and managed planning, but the contract for any service is between you and your chosen vendor (or, on managed events, coordinated by BharatEvent). Package prices are planning estimates confirmed by real quotes.
Vendors must complete KYC + GST verification. You pay a per-lead fee (₹200–₹1,000 by category) or buy lead packages to unlock contact details. Sponsored slots are sold per category and city, activated by our team, with one vendor per position at a time. Misrepresentation or misconduct may lead to suspension.
Lead credits are added to your wallet on top-up and deducted on unlock. Fake or duplicate leads are credited back per our quality policy. Credits and lead packages are valid as stated and are non-transferable.
You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape data, post unlawful or misleading content, or contact users for anything other than the intended enquiry. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
We verify vendors and work to ensure quality, but BharatEvent is a marketplace and is not liable for the acts of independent vendors or customers. Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be notified on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
