We use your information to match you with relevant verified vendors, to let our team plan managed events on your behalf, to verify vendors, to process lead unlocks and wallet transactions, and to keep you updated about your enquiry. We never sell your personal data.
For customers, your details are shared only with the specific vendor you choose to proceed with — or, on a managed event, used internally by your BharatEvent event manager. For vendors, your business listing is public; your wallet and KYC data are not. We may share data with payment and communication providers strictly to deliver the service.
We designed BharatEvent so you stay in control. Raising an enquiry does not broadcast your number to everyone — it is revealed only to a vendor you select, or handled by your event manager. No mass calls, no spam, no selling of contact lists.
